2. What Data We Process
2.1 Contact Form
Through the contact form on our website, we process:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Message content
2.2 Analytics Tools (With Your Consent)
If you consent to analytics cookies, we process the following pseudonymized data through third-party services:
- Google Analytics 4 — page views, traffic sources, country-level geolocation, device and browser type
- Microsoft Clarity — clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, and session replays that capture a visual representation of how users interact with the website. Form content is automatically masked.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Providing personal data in the contact form is voluntary but necessary for processing your inquiry. Without this data, we cannot respond to you. Consent for analytics cookies is entirely voluntary and does not affect your use of the website.
4. Data Retention
- Contact form: data is retained for the period necessary to handle your inquiry, but no longer than 12 months from the last contact.
- Google Analytics 4: data is retained for 14 months.
- Microsoft Clarity: data is retained for 30 days.
5. Recipients and Processors
We do not disclose your personal data from the contact form to any third parties, we do not sell it, nor do we share it for marketing purposes.
We use the following processors for data processing:
- Microsoft Corporation — delivering e-mails from the contact form via Microsoft Graph API, website analytics via Microsoft Clarity
- Google Ireland Limited (Google LLC) — website analytics via Google Analytics 4

6. Transfer of Data to Third Countries
Data processed by Google Analytics may be transferred to Google LLC servers in the USA. The transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
Data processed by Microsoft Clarity and e-mails sent via Microsoft Graph API may be transferred to servers outside the EEA. The transfer is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Personal data from the contact form (name, e-mail, message) is stored only in the controller's mailbox and is not transferred outside the EEA.
7. Automated Decision-Making
We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling based on your personal data.
8. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data (Art. 15)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Erasure of data — right to be forgotten (Art. 17)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Object to processing (Art. 21)
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the website footer (Art. 7(3)). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

9. Browser Technical Storage
We use the browser's localStorage to store your language preference (bb-lang) and cookie consent choice (bb-cookie-consent). This data does not leave your browser, is not sent to any server, and falls under the exemption pursuant to Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. as technically necessary storage.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), server security, and access restrictions.
