Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser. They are used to remember settings, recognize visitors, and analyze website traffic.

2. Technically Necessary Storage

Our website uses the browser's localStorage to store the following necessary preferences:

This data does not leave your browser and is not sent to any server. It falls under the exemption pursuant to Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications — it is technically necessary for providing a service explicitly requested by the user.

3. Analytics Cookies (Require Consent)

To analyze website traffic and improve our services, we use third-party services. These services store cookies only with your explicit consent given via the consent banner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive.

3.1 Google Analytics 4

Operated by Google Ireland Limited (Google LLC). Collects pseudonymized website traffic data (page views, traffic sources, country-level geolocation, device type).

Data retention period: 14 months. See Google's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Microsoft Clarity

Operated by Microsoft Corporation. Records pseudonymized data about website interactions — clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, and session replays that capture a pseudonymized visual representation of how users interact with the website. Form content is automatically masked.

Data retention period: 30 days. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

4. Marketing Cookies

We do not use any marketing or advertising cookies.

5. Managing Your Consent

You can withdraw or change your consent for analytics cookies at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" button in the website footer. After withdrawing consent, we will delete analytics cookies and stop collecting data.

You can delete the technical storage (localStorage) in your browser settings (Developer Tools → Application → Local Storage).

6. Transfer of Data to Third Countries

Data processed by Google Analytics may be transferred to Google LLC servers in the USA. The transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Data processed by Microsoft Clarity may be transferred to servers outside the EEA; the transfer is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
